SHIPPING

I use Priority Shipping with signature confirmation for any purchase over $150 to ensure your package arrives safely. OSB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS is in possession of your goods. Tracking will be emailed to you when your order is ready to ship :)

International Shipping is currently closed due to the overwhelming demand in the USA. I do hope to open this as OSB grows and will keep you posted here.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

I know you will love your OSB purchase but please know there are no returns or credits. I give you my best answer for sizing by measuring 3 times so if you have any questions please email me before you click purchase. I will be happy to answer any concerns you may have. Remember it is always best to "size up half a size" than down. And a simple insert can always fill any space you may feel.

WHAT IF THE BOOTS DON'T FIT?

Please know that all vintage boots run differently. I measure the boots from the inside to get the most accurate assessment and I give you descriptions (when necessary) on width on each product posts. It is best to "size up" half a size than to go down half a size if you aren't sure. EXAMPLE: If you are a 7.5 in some boots but most of the time you are an 8 make sure you buy the boots that I mark size 8. You can always add a comfortable insert if your boots are a little big. ALL SALES ARE FINAL so please make sure you really love your purchase.

I SAW A BOOT AWHILE BACK CAN YOU MAKE IT FOR ME IN MY SIZE?

The best part of OSB is that each pair is truly unique and one of a kind. Once a boot is gone it's gone... unless I open that style back up to a custom order from above.  I don't mass produce..yet...any major boot companies that want to partner hit me up. Wink. Wink.

BOOT CARE

OSB's are made by hand so please remember that stage diving and rowdy behavior will not be conducive to keeping your boots intact. Please pull your boots off from the actual heel so you don't damage any customization. They also like it when you talk to them. So show your OSB's some love.
